1. What does door to door mean?
Door to door means that our driver will pick you up from any location you choose, provide you with a safe and comfortable ride, and drop you off at your destination.
2. What kind of vehicles do you have?
We have the smaller 7 seater and the more spacious 10 seater to meet your different transport needs.
3. Are your charges by per pax?
No, our charges are by vehicle type. A 7-seater can take a maximum of 6 passengers while a 10-seater can take up to 9 passengers, depending on how many pieces of luggage you have.
4. Is the cost inclusive of all tolls and surcharges?
Yes. The price you pay is inclusive of all tolls and surcharges.
5. Do I have to get out of the car during custom clearance?
No, you do not have to alight. Just sit comfortably in the car as the custom official processes the passports and vehicle for clearance!
6. Who are your drivers?
Our drivers are from Malaysia and they have many years of experience. They also have safe driving records and are familiar with the road conditions in both Singapore and Malaysia. Our drivers are friendly and conversant in English, Mandarin, Malay and dialects. They will be more than happy to share with you suggestions on interesting places to visit during your trips too!
7. Can your company help me plan the itinerary for my trip?
Of course! Once you have confirmed your booking, our staff will get in touch with you to understand your needs and together we can customise an itinerary for you.
